I've never been in the store but have ordered several items online and over the phone for advice. I didn't keep the name of the salesperson, but he seemed very knowledgable about the sailboat equipment they had. They also were will (in writing on the invoice) to take the shackles back if I was not satisfied with them. Even though they are primarily a commercial boat store they are more than willing to take the time with a rookie sailboater who lives a thousand miles from Seattle.
