The local rep did not measure the boat and relied upon me for the information needed to make the sail. There was not follow up after the sail was purchased even though the local rep sails at the same club. He watched us go buy on the start line and saw the sail but said nothing. Will not use his services again. The sail has performed well.

Great customer support from the local loft. The sailmaker discussed how I would be using the sail, measured my boat (even though it is a high volume production boat), and made two recommendations for a mainsail. I bought the higher proced option (a tape drive silver). The sailmaker also knew of a used genoa that I could buy (at a great price), and evaluated and repaired this sail too. Overall, I am impressed with my local UK loft.
