Took a little longer to receive the sail than origianly promised. There was a problem with a batten pocket but it was easier to repair myself then to send it back. The folks on the phone when reaserching and ordering were very nice and helpful.

Jim took measurments off of my boat and had the new sail when promised. Very pleased with new sails and pleased with service. Everything was as ordered.

Pricing was excellent so I ordered the sail in the winter. Delivery was satisfactory. I went to put the sail on in the spring and Scott Sails used the wrong sail slides (too large). I had them replaced locally to save time and shipping charges. They didn't help abit with the charges only to say that they would have performed the work under warrranty. Also only numbered one side of the sail.
