This sailmaker has built 3 sails for us in the past year, a carbon-fiber main, a Pentex Genoa, and an asymmetric spinnaker. The main ws ordered on a Monday and delivered to the dock at 6:30am on Friday, as I was leaving for Newport Beach for a race the next day... Warranty service? When my jib had a portion of the luff tape tear open--probably due to mishandling by my crew--the sailmaker had me bring the sail in and they repaired it while I waited (about 12 minutes). No charge, as the sail was about 6 months old at the time. To my knowledge, Point Sails is now the only sailmaker in San Diego building sails in a San Diego loft...
